Through Walsh Services, my professional circle is complete.
I was six, eager in my cowboy boots, when I first “helped” my father and grandfather renovate our small country home. That’s when I caught the construction bug.
When available, throughout my high school and college years, I worked at James Walsh Plumbing and Heating, my father’s business.
During my high school and college years, I worked at James Walsh Plumbing and Heating, my father’s business, whenever I had the chance. My education took me to Manhattan College, where I earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Before graduating, I completed an internship at a NYC consulting firm, which later hired me upon graduation.
After 14 years in the consulting field, I was recruited by an industrial company, giving me the opportunity to gain experience across all aspects of the building trades. When my father passed away, I took ownership of James Walsh Plumbing and Heating, securing my NYC and Westchester Plumbing License to continue the family legacy.
Seven years into running my own business, my former employer invited me back into the industrial sector. However, despite my success in the corporate world, I found myself missing the personal connections and immediate impact of small business work.
That’s why I started Walsh Services—to return to what I love most. With over 40 years of experience in construction, consulting, and engineering, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my clients. My goal is not just to provide expert service, but to educate and guide my clients with the insights I’ve gathered over my career.
Most importantly, I take pride in offering expert, caring, and personalized service to every client.
